Covid-19: Utubari twakomorewe

Inama y’Abaminisitiri yateraniye muri Village Urugwiro kuri uyu wa Kabiri, tariki ya 21 Nzeri, 2021 iyobowe na Perezida Kagame, imwe mu myanzuro yayo yanzuye ko utubari tuzafungura ariko bigakorwa mu byiciro.

Ni nyuma y’aho hari hashize amezi agera kuri 18 twari tumaze dufunze, kubera kwirinda ikwirakwira kw’icyorezo cya Covid-19.

Amabwiriza arambuye kuri iyi ngingo azatangwa na Minisiteri ishinzwe Ubucuruzi n’Inganda (Minicom) hamwe na RDB.”

Amasaha ntarengwa y’ingendo mu Mujyi wa Kigali yavanywe saa Yine(22h00) ashyirwa saa Tanu(23h00) mu gihe ibikorwa byose byemerewe gukomeza bizajya bifunga saa Yine z’Ijoro(22h00).

Mu tundi duce tw’igihugu, ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa Tatu(21h00) z’ijoro kugeza saa Kumi(04h00) za mu gitondo.

Uturere twa Gicumbi, Karongi, Kirehe, Ngoma na Nyagatare dufite imibare y’abandura COVID-19 iri hejuru kurusha ahandi, ingendo zibujijwe guhera saa Mbiri z’ijoro(20h00) kugeza saa Kumi(04h00) za mu gitondo.

lngamba zatangajwe zizashyirwa mu bikorwa mu gihugu hose guhera ku wa 23 Nzeri kugeza ku wa 13 Ukwakira 2021.

Ingamba zizakomeza gukurikizwa:

a. Ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa Tanu z’ijoro (11:00 PM) kugeza saa Kumi za mu gitondo (4:00 AM) mu Mujyi wa Kigali. Ibikorwa byose byemerewe gukomeza bizajya bifunga saa Yine z’Ijoro (10:00 PM).

b. Ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa Tatu z’ijoro (9:00 PM) kugeza saa Kumi za mu gitondo (4:00 AM) ahandi hose mu Gihugu. Ibikorwa byose byemerewe gukomeza bizajya bifunga saa Mbiri z’ijoro (8:00 PM).

I. lbikorwa by’ubukerarugendo bizakomeza, hubahirizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19. Muri ibyo bikorwa harimo amahoteli, abashinzwe kuyobora ba mukerarugendo (tour operators) na serivisi zo gutwara ba mukerarugendo.

m. Ibikorwa bya siporo y’umuntu ku giti cye n’izikorerwa hanze abantu bategeranye bizakomeza. Amabwiriza arambuye kuri iyi ngingo azatangwa na Minisiteri ya Siporo.

n. lbigo bikorerwamo imyitozo ngororamubiri (gyms and fitness centers) bizakomeza gufungura mu byiciro.

o. Umubare w’abitabira ikiriyo ntugomba kurenza abantu 30 icyarimwe. Imihango yo gushyingura ntigomba kurenza abantu 50.

Abitabiriye iyo mihango bagomba kwerekana ko bipimishije COVID-19 mu masaha 72 mbere y’ibyo bikorwa, kandi bakubahiriza amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19 (gusiga intera hagati y’umuntu n’undi, gukaraba intoki no kwambara agapfukamunwa neza).

r. lbindi birori n’amakoraniro rusange (ibitaramo by’abahanzi, iserukiramuco/ festival, imurikabikorwa n’ibindi) bizakomeza kwitabirwa n’abantu bakingiwe COVID-19 kandi babanje kwipimisha nk’uko bikubiye mu Mabwiriza yatanzwe na RDB.
